- BOTH of the above dictionaries provide for Reverse Look-ups (Searches) in their electronic form. In other words, in the English-Yiddish dictionary, you can search in Yiddish to find instances where the Yiddish word is used in a definition of an English word — and vice versa in the Yiddish-English dictionary.
- While there is overlap, there are many words in each which are not in the other. You can search in Yiddish with Yiddish letters, or with transliteration, or in English. Great way to check spelling — e.g., type a loshn-koydesh word in transliteration and get the correct spelling.
