The food is fabulous -- all the recipes come from New Mexico, moderately priced,
recently reviewed by Zagat (although not on their website yet). The drive from NYC
takes about 1.5 hours or less, but it's oh so relaxing to soak in the beautiful scenery. I
always say that it's a mini-vacation to go there. Highly recommended for something
different. Must try the Green Chile Stew!!! I like the version with
chicken, although Benoir likes it with shrimp -- your choice.
